Mollie is an evidence-based, Clinical Nutritionist (BHSc) who has a commitment to nourishing the mind & body through nutritional practices in a holistic sense. She believes that through properly nourishing your body, creating vital mindset shifts and learning to accept your body through body-neutrality - you will begin to see your health & life in a more meaningful way.
Food is so important to your health and wellbeing, however it is important to not let it consume your life. I have personal experience with this as I suffered from severe allergies, gut issues and disordered eating patterns throughout my life. That’s why, I believe it is so important to view nutrition in a holistic sense rather than focus on just food.
I am currently the happiest and healthiest I have ever been and give thanks to the health professionals that have helped me through my struggles. Now, my passion is to work with others all around the world to educate, empower and give the right support to improve their general health, make peace with the relationship between food and their body and find what works best for each individual.

My aim is to establish lifelong healthy habits towards nutrition, exercise and assisting individuals to understand the importance of this. My approach is holistic, meaning that I understand the interconnections between the biological, psychological, financial and social needs of each client. Further, I ensure that stress, sleeping patterns, physical activity and lifestyle as well as nutrition is taken into account when reviewing your overall health.
